Greetings from Inspireland towers! Just a brief update regarding my latest competition and a change to the format and delivery of the 30 Days Challenges.
The winner of the signed Jon Ronson book is Gary Hansell Snr. The winner of the the Ashley Merryman book is Philip Carr. Get in touch via email or twitter over the next 7 days to claim the prizes. If prizes aren’t claimed by then I’ll just give them away on twitter.
I usually give away copies of the books that I discuss on the podcast. If you want to be in with a chance of winning just subscribe to my newsletter and don’t worry about being spammed, I only remember to send a newsletter roughly every three weeks.
The 30 Days Challenge
The 30 Days Challenge as you know it is finished. For a variety of reasons it’s been difficult to assemble all the members of the team for both the group challenges and the podcasts.
I’m not going to stop the challenges though. They’re going to continue, just in a looser format. I’m still going to be doing exciting and new things with cool people but I’m no longer going to lock myself into the 30 days part of the experience.
One of the main joys of this part of my experience was the number of people who got in touch to tell me about the challenges they had set themselves. Please keep this up. I’m not sure if I’ll record any more podcasts about the challenges. Some of the challenges I have planned would make for great radio shorts but I haven’t the time or the desire to edit them.
All of this started because I was hoping to write a short non-fiction book about my experiences over the course of ten sets of thirty days. I’d still love to do this. I’ll keep you all posted.
Take care of yourselves. Dave.
